D1 Training Malvern

Awesome after school activity for the kids. Staff are very friendly and excellent at keeping the kids motivated. They work the kids hard, but my kids absolutely LOVE coming here and I never have to try and convince them to go. We tried several other activities including Karate, but I personally think my two sons get much more out of coming to D1 than anything else we tried. And because the boys love it here, its a win-win. Glad my wife found this place and for anyone on the fence I highly recommend just going in and checking it out.

D1 has been an awesome experience for my 14-year-old daughter. She attends daily and feels she’s getting stronger and faster and that each day is a quality, challenging workout. I would highly recommend anyone to try D1 if they have a young athlete looking to get stronger and learn how their body moves and works.

Coaches are great! They really push you to your limits and goals. Great workout plan and facility. I can see changes in myself after just a few weeks. The workout environment is awesome! Great equipment and very well maintained

My kids are obsessed and as a parent, I’m thrilled. D1 is providing agility, strength, endurance, and sportsmanship coaching for my boys (9 and 7) via their Rookie program. They are learning proper form in a supportive environment alongside a great group of kids. They committed to twice a week and are already coming three times a week because they love it so much. Couldn’t recommend this program more enthusiastically!

D1 Malvern is the best performance gym in the area! Aside from the awesome equipment & clean facility, the training is unmatched. I love coming to classes each week because the trainers truly push you to your full potential and beyond. I leave absolutely depleted every time & can’t wait to come back for more. So glad i joined - highly recommend!
